Fite Building Company took home two Excellence in Construction awards at the 2021 Associated Building and Contractors – North Alabama Chapter competition. The Bank of Lincoln County Hospitality House project included renovation of the original historic home built in the late 1800’s, demolition of the attached 2-story apartment building, and a 2100 sf new construction addition. Redstone Gateway 6000 was a 41000 SF, single story tilt up office complex. The project schedule was very tight given that tenants were scheduled to start their buildouts so that they could move into the space.
