Fite Building Company was established in 1976 with a simple philosophy to “exceed our client’s expectations.”

Since 1976, we strive to do this with high quality construction – operating safely, timely and profitably on every project. From humble beginnings in home building and small PEMB construction, Fite Building Company is now a full-service general contracting and construction management firm serving commercial and industrial customers in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.

Integrity, attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects on time and on budget has contributed to our reputation as a leader in Design-Build and Negotiated Fee methods of project delivery. Fite Building Company is proud to have long lasting relationships with owners, developers and architects. A large portion of our work is with repeat clients, as their trusted, go-to builder.

Fite Building Company has always been and will continue to be purpose driven.

In 2015, we started Fite Plus One, which is an initiative to encourage all employees to be 1% better each day through our Foundational Values. The company also put into words what we have been trying to practice since our inception over 40 years ago:
