Fite Building Company recently launched its Fite Plus One campaign. This initiative was started to encourage employees to live out our purpose to be 1% better each day through our foundational values: safety, hard work, integrity, innovation, excellence and having fun doing what we do.  Our purpose is to “provide excellence through construction while faithfully choosing to be a positive influence on those we live with, work with and work for; as we glorify God in all that we do.”
