About This Project

The new LaGrange Residence Hall at the University of North Alabama is scheduled to open in 2026. This seven-story, 54,000+/- GSF complex will be home to approximately 190 students, featuring double-occupancy rooms, spacious living rooms/studies on each floor, an ICC-500 rated storm shelter, laundry facilities, a resident director’s apartment, and a campus convenience store.
