About This Project

The ServisFirst Bank project includes a new 28,000 square foot, four-story banking facility designed to support both customer services and internal operations. The building features a full-service lobby, offices, meeting spaces, and a multi-functional community room, along with a rooftop terrace for employees and guests.

The facility also includes drive-thru teller services, an ATM, a night deposit box, and a secure vault with safe deposit boxes. The project was delivered with complete interior finishes and fully integrated MEP&F systems, emphasizing functionality, security, and a modern aesthetic.
