About This Project

Phase IV of the Sandra Moon Community Complex renovation, led by Fite Building Company, completes the final upgrades to the ±110,000 square foot facility. The project includes two small building additions, new engineering systems, interior finishes, ADA accessibility improvements, roof replacements, and significant site enhancements. The existing 1,200-seat auditorium is being reconfigured into a more intimate 611-seat venue with upgraded seating and performance systems. The goal of this phase is to bring the facility back into
full service, ensuring it meets modern standards of functionality, accessibility, and community use.
