About This Project

Radiance Technologies’ Phase II facility is located in Research Park West. The 105,000 sq. ft. expansion features a three-story, 90,000 sq. ft. office building with laboratories, conference rooms, a break room, and workspace for more than 200 employees. The project also includes a two-story, 17,000 sq. ft. high-bay area with a bridge crane and mezzanine. A new connection and courtyard now link Phase I and Phase II, creating a cohesive and functional campus for Radiance Technologies’ continued growth.
