About This Project

Fite Building Company served as the general contractor for the new 25,000-square-foot Systems Operation Center for Huntsville Utilities. The project scope also included construction of a 7,000-square-foot equipment yard and a new secure entrance to enhance facility access and safety.

Our team self-performed the site work, ensuring precise execution and control over the project schedule. The completed facility provides Huntsville Utilities with a modern, secure, and functional operations center designed to support the growing needs of the community.
