Currently under construction, this new four-story hotel will feature 95 guest rooms within a 52,956-square-foot facility. The building’s structural system includes wood framing with an EIFS-clad exterior, masonry shafts, and structural steel framing at the first floor. The completed property will provide a modern and functional lodging option designed to serve both business and leisure travelers.

Developed for Shiv Pooja Hospitality, LLC, in partnership with architect 2B Design Studio, the project combines durable construction systems with a contemporary hospitality design to create a comfortable and welcoming experience for future guests.
