About This Project

Fite Building Company is proud to serve as the general contractor for the new Ardent Preschool and Daycare at Town Madison. This state-of-the-art facility has been meticulously designed to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for children of all ages. Outdoor amenities include a splash pad, a covered playground, and a soccer field to provide children with safe and engaging playtime opportunities.

The project consists of a wood-framed structure that houses 18 classrooms tailored to serve various age groups. The exterior of the building features a thoughtful mix of materials, including a majority of Hardie siding complemented by brick veneer. Enhancing the architectural aesthetics, the main entrance, fence columns, and monument sign are adorned with stone veneer.

Inside, the building showcases functional and decorative elements such as FRP panels and intricate trim work, creating a welcoming and vibrant interior space. The building is fully sprinkled for safety, with a dry sprinkler system dedicated to the attic space. On the exterior, heavy timber canopies and exposed rafter tails lend a timeless appeal, blending functionality with design.

The roof is constructed with durable standard shingles, paired with half-round gutters along the front elevation for an added touch of elegance. Standard box gutters are installed at all other locations to ensure efficient water management.
