Fite Building Company is excited to welcome our summer interns this May! Each year, our internship program provides a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience and develop the foundational skills that will carry them into successful careers in the construction industry.

Throughout the summer, our interns will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of active job sites, working alongside our experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and skilled carpenters. From observing construction in action to supporting project execution, they’ll receive hands-on training and a front-row seat to the dynamic world of commercial construction.

This program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and on-the-ground application, helping each intern grow both personally and professionally. At Fite, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of builders and leaders—and we’re excited to be a part of their journey.
