Every year we give our employees the opportunity to vote for their co-workers that they feel embody the values of the Fite Building purpose.  A few of these values are safety, good character, hard work, honesty, integrity, respect, accountability, and a servant’s attitude.  The votes help us to narrow the pool down to two employees.  We excited to announce that Jake Way and Jimmy Smith were selected as the 2016 Employees of the Year.
