Construction is complete for the new Ingalls Harbor Pavilion located along the river in Decatur

The Ingalls Pavilion located in Hwy. 20 in Decatur, AL is now complete. This attractive building is next to Ingalls Harbor . It features two gigantic fire places, wood columns and trim, a steep slope metal roof and other interesting features.
