Independence Tube Demo Work Continues

On April 27, 2011, Independence Tube Corp. was struck by an EF-5 tornado. About 50% of the building was destroyed. Much of the rest of the building needed extensive re-construction. Since April 28th, Fite Building Co. and many other contractors have work hard to get the plant up and running again.

Currently the remainder of the damaged structural steel is being removed along with roofing and siding. Some parts of the structure have already been replaced. Several crews have worked 10 hours a day and six days a week. Many more months of hard work are expected.

What Our Clients Say

"In addition to the actual project, Fite’s performance was stellar and always took the position of serving the owner first. Not limited to this contrast, but Fite’s performance showed they are winners at many levels."
